We left the beach on late Saturday night for two reasons. First to break up the trip and to watch the Georgia game. We decided it would be best for Maddie if we split up the drive vs. driving 7 hours with a baby. What a great trip. It was our Christmas present from Tom and Diane (Grandpappa and Mimi-D.) As we finally pulled into our driveway, Maddie was so excited to be home that she started clapping and smiling. It was really cute. She was so happy to be home. She had enough vacation and was ready to back into her routine. After settling back in, we cleaned the basement out for our garage sale. It was so exhausting. It was very labor intensive. I had to go back to work the next day to work 3 12 hour days in a row and I felt as though I needed a vacation from our vacation!
