More Fun At The Pool

Thursday morning after breakfast, we all went to the pool.  Maddie had a great time swimming.  Overall, she has been pretty cranky.  Her gums are hurting her constantly.  Her fist has almost been in her mouth the entire trip.  I was hoping for some teeth soon.  I even dreamt last night that she finally got 2 teeth.  When Maddie got tired of swimming, Grammie & Grandpie took her up to the condo to eat lunch & then nap so that Kris & I could stay at the pool.  Tonight we are going to stay in (because Grey's Anatomy is on!!!!!), but tomorrow night, Kris & I are going on a date!

Fernandina Fun

Tuesday night the three of us went to the Surf for dinner.  It was still so windy.  Maddie could hardly keep her eyes open.

Maddie clapping her hands.  This is something that we have been working on.  Maddie has finally learned to clap her hands on command!

Grammie & Grandpie arrived on Wednesday afternoon to enjoy the fun too.  They have been good babysitters, giving Kris & I some time to ourselves.  We went downtown to the Crab Trap & ate excellent seafood.

Fun At The Pool

After the beach, we headed over to our pool.  Maddie loves swimming.  We swam for a long time, then it was time for naps.  We all took a great nap.  Afterwards, we decided that we would take Maddie on a nice stroller ride on the beach.  We got everything all packed up and walked all the way to the beach...where did the beach go?  It was high tide & there was no longer a beach for us to stroll on.  Oh well.

Fun At The Beach

We arrived at the beach on Monday afternoon.  Shortly after we arrived to the condo, it started raining.  Kris went to the store while Maddie took a long needed nap.  The next morning after breakfast, the 3 of us went to the beach.  Maddie really liked the ocean.  It was extremely windy with 25 knot winds.  We had a great time.

Go Giants!

Go Eli!  We got Maddie a New York Giants, Eli Manning jersey.  She just looked so sweet.  Oh course she had to wear her bow so that she did not look like a boy.  Eli & the Giants won!

Riding the Carousel

Grammie wanted to take Maddie to Savannah Mall so that she could ride the carousel.  At first she liked it...then towards the end she decided that she did not.
