Easter '09

Happy Easter.  We went to Savannah for Easter.  Grammie and Grandpie had an Easter Egg Hunt for Maddie.  She had a great time.

Fun at School

Today we took Maddie to her "school" so she could participate in her first Easter Egg hunt.  She had a lot of fun showing Mamma and Daddy around.  She did not really get the whole idea of putting eggs into her basket.  In fact...some of the eggs opened up and jelly beans fell on the ground and she enjoyed eating the dirty jelly beans!!!!  AHHHHHH!  She will probably get worms.

20 Months Old

Maddie turned 20 months old on Saturday.  It's amazing how the time has passed.  She is so much fun now.  We laugh, sing, and play games.  Her favorite game is still Peak-a-boo.  Or as Maddie says "pee boo".  We recently started her at the Discovery Point in our neighborhood.  She loves going there.  In fact...she doesn't even cry when Kris drops her off.  Her favorite words are:

This past week we did professional pictures again.  Let's just say that it did not go as planned.  Maddie had an absolute meltdown.  Hopefully we will get some cute pics out of it!

The Piano- March 31, 2009

Here was the living room before....and here it is now!  We got a baby grand player piano.  When I showed Maddie, she looked at her piano, then looked at the big piano, then back at her piano.  Then she smiled real big! She thought it was pretty cool.

We had such beautiful weather this past weekend so we decided to spend some time outside with the bubble machine!

The Basement

This is Maddie's new playroom.  We finished the basement right after Christmas.  After weeks of sitting on the floor, I finally decided to breakdown and get some furniture.  I had not taken pictures because I was waiting for the furniture to arrive.
